Shipping, Returns & Payment

DELIVERY

We offer door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy. Our shipping rates are free for all orders above R600.00 within South Africa. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order. 

Courier within Johannesburg takes 1-2 working days and other areas between 2-3 working days. Outlying areas usually take 5-7 working days. Please also note lead times to manufacture certain products.

Please note that orders are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared. The manufacturing time is calculated from payment clearance date.

Wee Love Baby Boutique assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be charged for return shipping. 

We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes. 

RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery.

The product must be unopened, unassembled, unused and in saleable condition. Products showing signs of use or missing labels are not considered new and are thus considered non-returnable. 

You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or damaged due to shipping,

Once we have received your item you will be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund. 

If you are returning a product, send an email to kirsten@weelove.co.za. We will help you with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. 

If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on kirsten@weelove.co.za. We will arrange to get you a non-damaged item as soon as possible, 

PAYMENT

We have two payment options when buying online from Wee Love Baby Boutique: 

We offer instant EFT payments with the following banks: ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank. The EFT gets verified instantly, there is no waiting period and no proof of payment is required. 

Alternatively you can pay via EFT directly into our bank account. Please email proof of payment to kirsten@weelove.co.za. Please note your order will only be processed once the funds clear in our account.
