Shipping, Returns & Payment
We offer door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers. Our shipping rates are free for all orders above R1000.00 within South Africa. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days, unless there is a specific lead time for a product. Please note lead times to manufacture certain products. Please allow for another 2-5 days for delivery to main city centers and 7-10 days for outlying areas.
Please note that orders are only activated once we have received confirmation of your payment and the payment has cleared. The manufacturing time is calculated from payment clearance date.
Wee Love Baby Boutique assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery of the package, you will be charged for return shipping.
We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery.
The product must be unopened, unassembled, unused and in saleable condition. Products showing signs of use or missing labels are not considered new and are thus considered non-returnable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective or damaged due to shipping,

Once we have received your item you will be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund.
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange to get you a non-damaged item as soon as possible.
Custom and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We offer instant EFT payments with the following banks: ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank. The EFT gets verified instantly, there is no waiting period and no proof of payment is required.
