Introducing Dream Time with Riley the Sleep Trianer! This incredible little bunny will let your toddler know when it's time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up.

You would set the Sleep Trainer at the time you would like your toddler to go to sleep, ie: 7pm. At that time, the display would show the bunny fall asleep and the light would go red (The light function is used as a night light with red being the correct colour for the production of melatonin the sleep hormone). Once your toddler see's the colour red, this would indicate it's time to go to sleep.

You would set the Sleep Trainer at the time you would like your toddler to wake up, ie: 7am. At that time, the display would show the bunny wake up and the light would go yellow indicating day time and your toddler can come out of bed.

From trials, we have found the Sleep Trainer to be effective with the usage of a star chart. Ie: If your toddler listens to Riley the Sleep Trainer they get rewarded with a star on the star chart. 10 Stars recieve a treat.
